Account Creation, Security & Management
- Each individual may only create one account.

- Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
- If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Ba999 will not be held liable for any misuse of an account.
- If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Ba999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of suspected misconduct or rule violations. Any account balance will be settled following the applicable investigation.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the ba999 platform are expected to act honestly and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Attempting to manage an account or earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Attempting to access the platform using another user's credentials.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform or attempting to hack it.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other automated methods.
- Harassing other users or sending harmful messages.
In the event of such violations, ba999 reserves the right to take applicable legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on ba999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports a range of local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
- The minimum deposit amount is determined in accordance with the platform's announced guidelines.
- Withdrawal requests will go through a verification process.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be put on hold until verification is complete.
